- Reverse engineering or exploiting the application;
- Spam, fraud, impersonation or deceptive activities.
10. Account Suspension
Access may be restricted or terminated when a user violates these Terms, TikTok policies, creates a security risk, uses the application unlawfully or misuses publishing features.
11. Disclaimer
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding uninterrupted operation, publication success, TikTok availability or compatibility with future platform updates.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relampago de Ofertas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from use or inability to use the application, publication failures, TikTok restrictions, data loss, unauthorized access or third-party interruptions.
13. Termination
Users may stop using the application and disconnect their TikTok account at any time. After disconnection, new publication actions will no longer be authorized, except for requests already processing.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when application features, laws, security requirements or third-party platform requirements change. The revised version will display an updated date.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
